All of our search staff have at least a first degree in engineering or science. Many have post-graduate qualifications. They can all read English, German and French and have, through our in-house training methods, acquired skills in information science. Familiarity with library systems, patent classifications, database searching and understanding the structure of patent documents is essential to our work.

Our Documentation staff are linguists by training, enabling them to converse with patent office staff around the world. Their linguistic knowledge also facilitates reporting in English, French or German.
