National phase translation and filing

Typically, we translate PCT applications, amended sheets and the international preliminary examination report

• with the appropriate style and terminology
• in the correct layout and format
• with any certification which may be required by the target country

and send the translations back to the client, or directly to the client's foreign agent.

If required, we can also help with selecting appropriate foreign patent agents, and with the initial administrative burden (power of attorney forms, instructing foreign agents, etc.) In these cases, we follow procedures as specified in the chart shown below:
