RWS annually translates over 50,000 technical documents.
Unlike an agency, the majority of our work is handled in house, where we have translators who are specialists in their field, whether legal, financial, scientific or technical. For example, only those with a Chemistry qualification would undertake a Chemistry assignment.
Our translators:
- are specialists in their chosen field.
- fully understand and are qualified in the subject matter they translate.
- are experienced linguists who always translate into their native tongue.
- are fully able to multi-task and work in more than one discipline,such as the financial implications of a scientific development.
- work regularly in all the major western and eastern European languages, Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Arabic.
- are supported by a carefully selected panel of external translators.
