March 8, 2018 (East Hartford, Conn.) – RWS Life Sciences Managing Director, Sheena Dempsey, will present “Understanding Language Compliance for Global Markets” to the Chicago Chapter of the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS), on March 21, at 5:30 PM (CDT), at AbbVie, Inc., in North Chicago. Dempsey represents the perspective of a language services provider experienced in working with regulatory teams in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. She will educate attendees on the processes of navigating language compliance concerns to ensure successful global launches and registrations for product, and outline how to avoid the pitfalls tied to misunderstandings and improper planning and preparation. “My goal with this event is to help further educate important stakeholders in the regulatory field with information they may not usually consider,” states Dempsey. “I hope to help the audience understand this topic through a new lens.” The RAPS Chicago Chapter is coordinating the March 21 event, which will start at 5:30 PM (CDT), and includes dinner.
