RWS launches a certification course on prompt design: A game-changer for linguists in the AI era

RWS has released a new online certification training on Linguistic Prompt Design aimed at helping learners use Large Language Models (LLMs) in their daily work. The course is primarily targeted at linguists but is useful to anyone who is curious about AI, regardless of their field of work.  

 

The course contains three comprehensive parts, covering the fundamentals of AI in linguistic tasks, the intricacies of crafting and customizing effective prompts, and advanced strategies for fine-tuning AI outputs. The parts are structured in small, bite-sized sections, enabling busy professionals to learn at their own pace. Each part ends with a self-assessment quiz to reinforce understanding and ensure the retention of the material. Upon the successful completion a final knowledge test, participants earn a certificate as evidence for their expertise in prompt engineering.
