Project Manager – Senior

RWS Moravia | Brno | Czech Republic | Full-Time


As a senior project manager in RWS Moravia you will have a chance to fully use your experience from localization industry with some of the world top clients, while having space and opportunities to further grow your skills in a demanding, yet rewarding and supportive work environment. You will become responsible for coordination of complex localization production on one of our projects. You will work for a smaller account of one of our global clients with very interesting content.

You will also become responsible for a smaller team of localization engineers and localization leads, supporting and coordinating their work.

What you would do

  • Take responsibility for end-to-end project management and delivery of localization projects for our end customers
  • Coordinate localization production and related work of your team
  • Manage financial aspects of localization PM work, including QBRs, cooperate with other related Moravia’s departments
  • Act as a central point-of-contact for the client
  • Propose creative solutions to difficult project situations, suggest improvements

What you should have

  • Solid experience (at least 2 years) in localization project management, preferably from a role of project manager–this experience is essential
  • Related experience with other types of project and service delivery management and / or previous background in service delivery is an advantage
  • Very good organizational and coordination skills
  • Mature, professional personality – being responsible and highly reliable, able to take ownership, having a pro-client approach
  • Great communication skills, being able to establish and maintaining long-lasting and positive relationships with clients you work with
  • Experience in multitasking and stress-resistance (as every localization project manager should have 🙂
