Quality Manager – Head Office

IP Services | Language Solutions | Chalfont St Peter | England | Full-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Manager to cover two of our four divisions. The role is to ensure that the company’s processes are optimally adapted to the high-quality standards demanded by our blue-chip client base.

The Quality Manager takes overall responsibility for the quality management of the company’s IP Services and Language Solutions divisions. Reporting directly to the Managing Directors, the role oversees all divisional quality-related activities, including the development and implementation of new quality strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation and raise awareness of quality strategy
  • Oversee quality strategy in external offices in Asia & US
  • Lead the development of Quality insight and skills within the business
  • Management of ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 quality registrations
  • Liaise with IT on potential implementation of integrated management system incorporating ISO 27001
  • Develop new quality initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of Sharepoint QMS
  • Review and develop business-wide and customer-specific KPIs
  • Deploy statistical analysis methods to identify and remedy areas for improvement, including effective root cause analysis
  • Review and implement language industry quality metrics
  • Manage and update quality documentation
  • Establish an enhanced document control process
  • Manage internal auditor and quality operatives team
  • Engage directly with clients on major complaints
  • Report to senior management on performance of the quality system

Experience & skills

  • Professional experience in senior quality management roles in the language services industry
