Rahel is a long-time consultant with expertise in content strategy and content operations. She teaches several courses in the Content Strategy Master’s Program at FH-Joanneum; she runs Content, Seriously Consulting which offers a range of content services, and works as an Executive Consultant with ICP, a consultancy with a strong background in digital assets and operationalizing content. She has helped companies from start-ups that wanted to scale to multinationals that wanted to tame their content chaos. The next step on her lifelong learning journey is to delve into conversation design, LLMs, and AI.
