Tridion Live Sessions

Structured content meets the agentic era.

Session 1

Agentic AI is changing how enterprise content is created, governed, and delivered. The question is whether your content is ready for it. Tridion Live Session 1 is a live online event for content and documentation leaders managing structured content at scale. Join RWS product experts and Dell Technologies on 28 May to see two major Tridion product announcements, a headline enterprise customer session, and a clear view of how AI-ready content operations work in practice.

Innovation day, introducing Tridion AI

The organizations getting the most from AI are not the ones who moved fastest. They are the ones who built on the right foundation.

Structured, governed content, the kind managed in a component content management system like Tridion, is the infrastructure that makes AI work accurately, safely, and at scale. Without it, AI generates faster. With it, AI generates content that can be trusted, reused, translated, and delivered across every channel without breaking compliance or losing traceability.

This Tridion Live Session brings together RWS product leaders and enterprise practitioners on 28 May 2026 to show what that looks like in practice.

What you will see

Two major product announcements from Greg Chapple, Senior Director of Product at RWS; including Tridion Agent, the agentic AI layer built across the Tridion platform, and Tridion Connect, which brings regulatory change and product specifications directly into your content workflow.

A headline customer session from Dell Technologies on how one of the world's largest technology organizations is managing the shift to agentic AI for technical documentation, the real decisions, governance challenges, and lessons learned at enterprise scale.

A session from Greg Guttmann on how AI is transforming content delivery, from GEO and search visibility to hyper-personalization, customer experiences, and why structured content is the foundation that makes it possible.

Who this is for

Tridion Live Sessions is designed for content operations leaders, documentation managers, information architects, and digital leaders who are responsible for high-value, complex, or regulated content and who need a clear, practical view of where AI fits in.

If your organization is asking how to make AI work safely and at scale, not just generate more content, this is the event to attend.

Tridion Live Sessions continues on 29 May.
