Josh Steen is Group Product Manager for Tridion Docs and Tridion One at RWS. He holds a master's degree in technical writing and brings more than 20 years of experience as an enterprise content systems expert across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, software, finance, regulated medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. Josh combines deep domain knowledge with a practical understanding of what content teams need from their platforms; and translates that into product direction that reflects the real challenges organizations face when managing structured content at scale.

Bart Maczynski is VP of Solutions Consulting at RWS TRANSFORM. Over more than 25 years, he has helped enterprise and government organizations manage multilingual content at scale, advising content and localization leaders on how to break down language barriers without multiplying operational complexity. Justin Harrison

Justin Harrison is Product Lead for Tridion Sites and the Digital Experience Delivery platform at RWS. He joined Propylon in 2025 with responsibility for product strategy and delivery, user experience design, and quality. Justin spent a decade working as a software engineer before moving into product management, where he has now accumulated more than 15 years of experience working with government departments, regulated semi-state bodies, and large corporate entities. He brings a technical depth and delivery focus that shapes how Tridion Sites evolves for the demands of AI-driven digital experience.

Frank Closset
Chief Customer Officer

Frank Closset is Chief Customer Officer at Tridion, where he focuses on strengthening customer relationships and ensuring that customer needs shape Tridion's strategy, products, and services. He brings more than 25 years of experience across engineering management, product management, and content technology leadership. In his previous role, Frank served as Head of Product for Tridion Sites, Tridion Docs, and Fonto. He holds two master's degrees from the University of Leuven; in Applied Economics and Business Informatics; and has worked with global organizations to integrate component content management solutions into their workflows and business processes.
