Employee engagement
Employee engagement is critical to our sustained success as an organisation. To support engagement efforts we encourage RWS colleagues around the world to get involved with a broad range of activities.
Building on our first annual employee engagement survey in June 2021, this year we partnered with external employee engagement experts to undertake our annual Group-wide survey. By using the external agency we can benchmark against other organisations.

We achieved a 69% favourable employee engagement score (the external average benchmark is 72%).
Our highest score area was Trust and Respect (85% favourable), which naturally we are pleased with, followed by Role Factors (82%) and ESG Factors (82%).
