Assignments can be filed within 90 days of the filing of the application. The Chilean Patent Office may request submission of the assignment before the late filing deadline if the document has not been lodged by the time the preliminary examination is performed. * The translation of the specification can be filed within 90 days of the filing of the application. • Certified copy and simple Spanish translation of the Priority Document are required. The translation of the Priority Documents can be filed within 90 days after the filing of the application.
