  • inovia news: We are excited to announce that 39 countries in our agent network ranked in Managing IP Magazine’s recent “Patent Survey 2014“. Congratulations to all firms involved!
  • The nine heads of ASEAN member states’ IP offices and the EPO signed the first memorandum to strengthen the cooperation on patents. 
  • A German court dismissed a lawsuit against Apple today in which IPCom demanded $2.1 billion in damages for infringing on a 3G patent.
  • The USPTO is set to host a public forum to discuss the first-inventor-to-file provisions of the AIA.
