Brian King is a licensed IP attorney and Vice President of Client Relations, Americas at RWS. With over 15 years of technology, leadership, corporate strategy, and legal experience in IP, Brian is a recognized thought leader in legal tech and global IP policy. Prior to joining RWS, Brian has held positions as Associate General Counsel, Head of Government Relations, and Head of Policy and Advocacy with leading global IP organisations.
He has pioneered policy development in novel spaces including standard essential patents (SEPs) and blockchain-based domain names.
Brian holds a degree from the University of Delaware and a JD from Delaware Law School. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware.

Stuart Fuller, Chief Commercial Officer – Markmonitor
Stuart has nearly 20 years of experience in the domain name and brand protection industry, having previously held senior commercial positions at NetNames, CSC, CentralNic and OpSec Security.
Stuart played a big role in the first round of the new gTLD programme in 2012, working with a number of global brands in creating dotBrand strategies and use case scenarios whilst he was at NetNames, and brings that expertise and experience to Com Laude, delivering expert knowledge and consultancy to clients worldwide in preparation for the second application round.
Stuart is a published writer, both on subjects around domain names and intellectual property protection but also on football culture.
