Smartbox: How to stay in control of your outsourced translations

When looking to manage an ever-increasing volume of translations, organizations can outsource some, or all, of their work to language service providers, freelance translators or external partners. Whilst outsourcing can bring many benefits, it’s vitally important for the company outsourcing their work to maintain control of their translation assets, including centralized access to the source material. In addition, when wholly outsourcing translations to a third party, valuable time can be spent chasing progress via email and requesting updates on the status of every project.
