This course enables customers to manage both the technical and business aspects of their TMS system. It is intended for the people who look after the setting up, configuration and monitoring of the TMS system, both at the IT and the business management level, for example IT and data center teams, and a company’s centralized globalization/translation management team and other expert users. The course begins with strategies that are important to discuss and decide on before TMS is fully implemented, or during a major expansion, for example, Naming Conventions and designing the hierarchical structure of TMS, before continuing to the configuration of TMS.
