Kristen Bernardi Rader has been working in the translation and validation of COAs and eCOAs for over a decade. As a Senior Account Manager at RWS, she guides the global clinical translation programs of life science clients, including top-20 pharmaceutical companies, CROs, academic research entities and eCOA vendors. Kristen’s background in Spanish language localization enables her to understand research programs’ unique cross-cultural requirements and to drive initiatives that focus on patient equity.
