Riding to a better future at RWS
In our Health and Wellbeing section this time we would like to let you know about the RWS initiative‚ ‘Bike to Work‘.
Every May our offices come alive with this initiative, bringing employees from around the world together. What started as a local project in Brno has gradually expanded, and today, colleagues from different corners of the world are joining in. In previous years almost a hundred employees from Brno and Hradec Králové participated, and this year, colleagues from other branches have joined as well. The goal is to log as many kilometres as possible throughout May – whether by biking, walking, or running.
Strengthening community together
Bike to Work is not just about movement; it’s about team spirit. Participants share route tips, motivate each other, and take part in organized rides. This shared goal helps build a strong sense of community, enhances workplace culture, and reinforces our responsibility to society and the environment.
