Voice of the Vendor – improving your experience of working with RWS

Thank you to everyone who shared feedback in our annual Voice of the Vendor survey. With over 1,300 responses from across languages, engagement and profile types, your insights help us strengthen collaboration and improve the way we work together.

This year, we explored your views on AI. Many see its potential when paired with human expertise, but concerns remain about over-reliance. Human expertise is vital when it comes to AI, from training AI systems to adding the cultural intelligence layer, and this is key in the work we do each day.

Based on your feedback, our priorities focus on aiming to simplify our processes and workflows, and sharing more knowledge and guidelines in the field of AI to support readiness for evolving AI-augmented tasks and services.
