** Assignments must be notarized and legalized via either the Apostille procedure or at a Peruvian consulate in your home country. The consulate will provide instructions on the procedure that is required; note that costs will be incurred for this.

If the inventors are employees of the applicant company then the assignment can be replaced by a sworn statement to this effect.

If an assignment was duly filed with the IB during the PCT international phase, then executing further assignments is not necessary.


• An amendment to reduce the claims may be submitted. Any amendments made will incur additional translation costs.
