Supported patent filings

* The Power of Attorney requires a simple notarization.

** Assignments do not need to be notarized.

*** The Thai translation can be submitted within 90 days from the filing date. However, the Thai translation of the title, claims and abstract must be submitted at filing.

* The Power of Attorney requires a simple notarization and must be filed within 90 days counted from the filing date.

** Assignments must be signed by the assignor(s) and the assignee(s), but do not need to be notarized. Assignors can sign on separate Assignment forms, although each separate form must contain the assignee’s signature. Assignments must be filed within 90 days from the filing date.

*** The Thai translation can be submitted within 90 days from the filing date. However, the Thai translation of the title, claims and abstract must be submitted at filing.

• If the applicant and the inventor is the same person, the applicant must submit a signed Statement of the Applicant’s Right. This does not need to be notarized.

• A certified copy of the Priority Document is due within 16 months from the priority date (with details needed at filing).
