Terms and Conditions for the use of the TrainAI Applicant Recruitment System

“Authorized User”, “you” or “your” refers to any individual applicant for an RWS position or service contract authorized to access or use the System. 

“Terms of Use” means these terms and conditions for the use of the System.

• The System is intended for Authorized Users only. 
• Authorized Users must provide accurate and complete information when using the System. 
• Unauthorized use of the System is strictly prohibited. 
• You must use the System according to these Terms of Use – any violation may lead to action being taken against you with respect to your user account including disabling, suspending or terminating the account 
• You must access the System and use RWS services only for legal, authorized and acceptable purposes. You will not violate, misappropriate or infringe any rights of RWS or those of other Authorized Users including privacy, intellectual property or other proprietary rights. 
• You will not use the System in ways that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening or offensive, impersonate someone, involve sending illegal or impermissible communications.

• Authorized Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and keeping their account secure. 
• Authorized Users must not use the System for any unlawful or prohibited activities. 
• Authorized Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they submit is compliant with the Terms of Use. 
• Authorized Users must report any security breaches or unauthorized use of their account immediately to securityincident@rws.com.

• The System collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Notices for the System (“Privacy Notice” or “Candidate Notice” depending on the category of Authorised User) which are available here: https://www.rws.com/legal/lever/privacy-notice/.

• All content and materials on the System are the intellectual property of RWS or the System owner. 
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the System content without permission.

• Under no circumstances shall RWS be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of, or reliance on, the materials that make up the website. RWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS HOWSOEVER ARISING OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS REVENUES OR PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 
• RWS shall include RWS Group Limited and its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, parent companies, and their employees, partners, principals, agents and representatives, and any third-party providers or sources of material.

• RWS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. 
• Users will be notified of any changes to the terms and continued use of the System constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• These Terms of Use are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 
• Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• RWS may terminate your account at any time in the event of misuse of the System or any non-compliance with these Terms of Use. 
• In the event your contract with RWS is terminated for any reason, then your account and your access to the System will also be terminated.
