About the speaker

Before joining RWS in 2013, André Schlotz, a graduate mechanical engineer, held various management positions in automotive and manufacturing companies for product development, aftersales, process organization and IT applications. He has more than 20 years of experience in process consulting, planning, implementation and operation of IT applications, as well as in sales of industry solutions for the automotive and manufacturing industry. At RWS, he helps companies digitize their content supply chain for service, support and customer experience to achieve service excellence and drive profitability in aftersales on a global scale.
