Tech docs users often have goals that a single page cannot answer. Serious tasks can require reference information, scenarios, and guidance across different media, for varying contexts, and following unpredictable paths. Writers cannot possibly design content for all user goals, contexts, and unique paths. And it's not enough to rely just on search, curated hyperlinks, taxonomy, varying page lengths, and now AI.
