What is intelligent content?
Intelligent content is a concept based on breaking information down into smaller building blocks (components) that become your single source of truth. Using these components, authors can easily create, update, automate and reuse content globally.
To be considered ‘intelligent content’, it must be structured, stored in topic-specific components, reusable, format (design) free, and enriched with metadata.
Intelligent content is readable and usable by humans and machines, including artificial intelligence (AI) services. This makes it easy to navigate and search for information, providing employees and customers with faster access to the information they are looking for in the moment.
