• A certified copy of the Priority Document and its certified English translation (if the priority is not in English or Farsi) are required at the time of filing the application. Late filing of the documents is possible within 60 days from notification date of the patent office but will result in a late fee, invoiced by the agent. If the documents are submitted after filing, but before the notification of missing documents from the patent office, then no late fee will apply.


• All supporting documents must be submitted in Farsi and additional translation charges will apply.
