* The Power of Attorney requires notarization and must be filed within 90 days from the filing date (non-extendable).


** The Assignment must be notarized. A stamp of a UAE public entity (e.g. government organisations, national universities) is regarded as equivalent to notarization.


• The examination must be paid within 90 days from filing with complete documents or 90 days from submitting all missing documentation. The agent will invoice the client directly as the fees depend on the supporting documentation. The amount will generally be in the range of USD 2,500-3,500.


• Other documents: Certificate of Incorporation. The document may be submitted within 90 days from the filing date.


• An extract from the Commercial Register for the applicant, or Certificate of Good Standing, must be filed along with its English translation (if necessary), and also must be notarized and legalized up to the United Arab Emirates consulate and filed within 90 days from the filing date (non-extendable).


• If any required documents are not filed at the moment of filing, then late fees will be incurred.
