COVID-19 update from RWS

As the COVID-19 (coronavirus) spreads rapidly globally, RWS continues to monitor and review the information released by governments and the World Health Organization and follows the local guidance they provide.

As our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, we are communicating regularly with our staff in an effort to safeguard their health and safety whilst mitigating any risk to the delivery of our services to customers.

Business continuity is a key priority at RWS, and our contingency plans have been put into action throughout all RWS divisions.  As part of this activity, our IT teams have enabled virtualized environments to allow critical production staff to work from home and help our customers and supply chain partners avoid any major operational disruption.

Clear communication is extremely important at times like this and all of us at RWS are ready and available to support our customers’ language and content needs and ensure the continuity of their business.
